Download Citations and Adding to Library

Next step is to download the Citations from the desired journal. For tutorial, IEEE Explorer is selected. Go to there link and select the research paper you want to use as your reference.

When the desired paper(s) selected, ‘Download Citation’ option will be enabled. Click this option to download the citation.

The downloaded citation will be downloaded as shown:

Open this file will automatically add it to EndNote, as shown:

You can double click on selected paper to see its details as shown:

Creating EndNote Library

After installing the EndNote, first step is to create the Library. For that, go to File Menu and select ‘New’.

Then EndNote asks for the Library name, select as you wish.
